1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using vibegames.club ("Vibe Games", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

Vibe Games is intended only for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their Canadian province or territory of residence: 19 years or older in most provinces and territories, and 18 years or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the service — no real-money gambling

Vibe Games is a free, social casino-style entertainment product. It is not real-money gambling. Specifically:

• All games use a virtual, in-game currency called Vibe Coins (VC), which has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, goods or any prize of real-world value.
• There is no deposit option, no way to purchase Vibe Coins with real money, and no in-app purchases, premium currency or subscriptions anywhere on the site.
• There is no way to withdraw, cash out or transfer Vibe Coins outside of this site.
• Game outcomes have no bearing on any real-world prize, reward or benefit.

4. Your token balance

Your Vibe Coins balance, bonus timers and play history are stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not operate player accounts, and we cannot restore, transfer or back up a balance that is lost when you clear your browser data, switch browsers or switch devices. You can reset your own local data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No affiliate or referral relationships

Vibe Games does not receive compensation for referring visitors to real-money gambling operators, because we do not do so. Every link on this site points to another Vibe Games page, an official Canadian problem-gambling support service, or a way to contact us. We are not affiliated with, and do not use the name, logo or branding of, any real-money casino, sportsbook or lottery operator.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated scripts, bots or exploits against the site or its games; attempt to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the site for the purpose of causing harm; use the site if you do not meet the age requirement in Section 2; or use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

7. Intellectual property

The Vibe Games name, game designs and original content are owned by us. Third-party assets used on this site (fonts, icons and illustrations) are used under their respective open licenses, credited in full on our About page footer references and site README.

8. No warranty

Vibe Games is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular game outcome will occur. Randomness in our games is generated using the Web Crypto API and disclosed in full on our Fairness & RNG page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Games and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Because no real money or real-world value is ever at stake in our games, our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to CAD $0, reflecting that no fees are charged and no monetary value is exchanged.

10. Responsible play

We provide tools to help you manage play, including session reminders and a self-exclusion ("take a break") feature, described on our Responsible Play page. We may suspend access to game pages for a device that has activated a self-exclusion period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
